BRUNSWICK TRAVELODGE NEAR FREDERICK BY WYNDHAM is seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. You will manage night audit tasks, greet guests, and coordinate reservations and inquiries with professionalism.

The role emphasizes accuracy in financial records, strong customer service, and the ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar hospitality role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent math and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Available to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies.
• Process invoices, post checks to vendors and distribute employee checks.
• Reconcile accounts and balance the cash drawer.
• Keep accurate financial records and ledgers; help prepare for forecasts and audits.
• Front desk duties: handle check-ins/check-outs, room assignments, and reservations per policy.
• Follow credit and cash handling procedures; assist guests with inquiries.
