Holiday Inn Express – Savannah Midtown is seeking a Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations. You will balance financial records, assist guests with inquiries, and maintain security. Open availability is required, with hourly compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities include nightly audits, reports, guest check-ins/outs, and coordination with housekeeping. Strong detail, communication, and independence are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel front desk or audit role preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in hotel management software.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Night audit functions and nightly financial reconciliation.
• Generate and review daily reports (occupancy, revenue, balances).
• Resolve discrepancies in guest accounts.
• Provide guest service during night shifts (check-ins/outs, requests).
• Address guest complaints professionally.
• Manage front desk operations, reservations, and phones.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Monitor security and safety and handle emergencies.
• Prepare nightly reports for management.
• Complete guest registration and incident paperwork.
• Communicate with day shift and management about overnight updates.
• Ensure cleanliness and stocking of front desk area.
