Job summary

Recess Hotel & Club in Savannah is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to serve as the overnight face of the hotel, ensuring accurate daily financial reporting while delivering exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate will balance guest needs with the nightly audit process, work independently during overnight hours, and join a collaborative opening team for one of Savannah's anticipated lifestyle hotels.

Qualifications

Prior Night Audit or Front Desk experience in a full‑service hotel or resort preferred.
Experience with hotel revenue streams (rooms, F&B, spa, club) is a plus.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail; able to balance complex operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as overnight Front Desk presence, greeting guests and handling check-ins/check-outs.
Complete nightly audit procedures and verify financial transactions and daily revenue.
Balance and reconcile revenue across operations and prepare overnight reports.
Review guest folios, resolve discrepancies and billing issues.
Maintain a safe, welcoming lobby and communicate overnight activity to leadership.
