Job summary

Residence Inn by Marriott Miami Aventura Mall in Aventura, FL is seeking a Hotel Relief Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to maintain smooth front desk operations overnight, balance daily transactions, and welcome guests with professionalism.

This full-time role requires a flexible overnight schedule 11:00pm–7:00am, weekend and holiday availability, and experience with Marriott FOSSE PMS. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package after 30 days.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front desk experience or hotel night audit experience.
• At least 1 year of Marriott FOSSE PMS experience, preferred.
• Flexible schedule including overnight shifts (11:00pm to 7:00am), weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Audit front desk and outlets work, reconcile, post corrections to outlets.
• Balance all work, using computer systems (e.g., Excel).
• Verify F&B outlets are closed and run an Open Check Report.
• Print reports; close end of day across systems.
• Log rebates and house charges accurately.
• Organize and compile paperwork as needed.
• Welcome and register guests into Hotel, following security and credit policies.
• Check guests out and post charges to accounts per steps of service.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, count bank at shift start/end.
• Accept, change and cancel hotel reservations; handle emergencies per guidelines.
