Hampton Inn by Hilton Hallandale Beach Aventura is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk operations overnight, balance revenue, and process guest transactions in a fast-paced hotel near Hallandale Beach. You will verify accounts, prepare reports, and support guest services per brand standards.

The role requires prior front desk experience, familiarity with Hilton PMS, and availability for overnight shifts (11:00pm–7:00am). Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and training is provided.

Qualificações

• Experience working at a hotel front desk or night audit role.
• Familiarity with brand standards and front desk procedures.
• Prior experience with Hilton PMS is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Audit Front Desk and outlets, reconcile, post corrections.
• Balance daily revenue and run updates in computer systems.
• Balance cash, process charges and close end of day reports.
• Register guests, handle reservations, and process check-outs.
• Handle emergencies and ensure security and policy compliance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
