You will assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile the day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management in a quiet overnight setting. The role emphasizes organization, trustworthiness, and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or one year of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• A combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Audit guest accounts and reconcile day’s transactions.
• Audit overnight front desk transactions and generate reports.
• Assist with late check-ins and checkouts.
• Report to Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
