Responsibilities

• Balance and reconcile daily accounts, including guest folios, cash drawers, and credit card transactions.
• Provide front desk services during overnight hours (check-in/check-out, reservations, inquiries).
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues or complaints.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with hotel policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor security and safety of the property during the night shift.
