AvantStay in Miami is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to be the face of the market office, handling in-person guest check-ins, deliveries, and storeroom organization. This full-time on-site role suits someone who loves fast-paced hospitality and hands-on operations.

Qualifications

• Overnight shift requirements (11pm–7am) and weekend availability.
• Based in the Miami area with willingness to work evenings.
• Face of AvantStay for guest check-ins and on-site operations.
• Ability to learn and use different property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live check-ins for arriving guests.
• Receive, organize and stock deliveries of housekeeping and operational supplies.
• Lift, move, unpack and organize the office and storeroom.
• Guide guests through the AvantStay experience and ensure a great first impression.
• Communicate with the field team about arrivals and requests.
• Use Salesforce to release check-in instructions and close Live Check-In cases.
• Assist with inventory duties and linen/consumables tracking.
• Maintain and organize gathering spaces including office and surrounding area.
