Job summary

AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our Miami Nexo Hotel. This on-site role handles guest check-ins, deliveries, storage organization, and office support. The position requires flexibility to cover 7am-3pm and 3-11pm shifts in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You will guests’ first impression, coordinate with field operations, and help maintain inventory and workspace order. Experience in real estate, hospitality, or tech is a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing mindset with a guest-first approach.
• Proficiency with multiple property management tech systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct live check-ins for arriving guests.
• Receive, organize and stock deliveries of housekeeping and operational supplies.
• Lift, move, unpack and organize the office and storeroom.
• Guide guests through the AvantStay experience for a strong first impression.
• Stay in communication with the field team about arrivals and requests.
• Use technology to release check-in instructions and close Live Check-In cases in Salesforce.
• Assist with inventory duties and linen/consumables tracking.
• Maintain and organize gathering spaces (office and surrounding areas).
