• Night Audit duties and reports processing.
• English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to operate a moderately complex computer system.
• Guest service with diplomacy and issue resolution.
• Daily reporting and internal communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the night audit team and activities.
• Perform night audit, run nightly reports, reset systems.
• Manage front desk activity, check-ins and check-outs.
• Prepare VIP reports and welcome packets for guests.
• Coordinate communications and daily updates to leadership.
• Complete accident/incident reports as needed.
• Support special projects from leadership.
