Job summary

DelMonte Hotel Group seeks a Night Auditor/Overnight Front Desk Clerk for our Moxy Chattanooga location. You will greet guests, register rooms, handle charges, reservations, and guest messages while balancing the nightly transactions.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 months related experience; High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Availability to work an overnight schedule

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Post charges, compute bills, collect payment, and make change.
• Make and confirm reservations; handle guest mail and messages.
• Open and close shifts; manage cash drops.
• Maintain market stock and coffee area.
• Process transactions and print folios for departures.
• Create, print, file and transmit required reports.
• Compile daily sales figures and Daily reports.
• Balance PMS with reservations system; correct discrepancies.
• Provide guests with hours and services information; directions to local area.
• Assist in maintaining lobby cleanliness and upkeep.
