Job summary

Moxy Memphis Downtown is seeking a Night Auditor to serve as the overnight ambassador, welcoming guests and ensuring security and accurate nightly reports. The role balances accounts, prepares daily financials, and supports guest needs during the late hours.

Ideal candidates have attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work 11 PM–7 AM. Training is provided; prior hotel or accounting experience is a plus, with benefits and a calm, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail when working with numbers and reports.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in hotel, front desk, or accounting is a plus, but training is available.
• Ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM–7 AM).

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-night guests, check them in, and assist with questions or requests.
• Oversee the overnight audit process and prepare daily financial reports.
• Monitor hotel security and guest safety.
• Respond to guest inquiries and last-minute requests.
• Set up breakfast and prepare the front desk for morning operations.
