Responsibilities

• Overnight guest relations and front desk operations.
• Exceptional guest relations (night shift) and managing guest conflicts.
• Coordinate front desk operations: late check-ins, early check-outs, reservations, security checks; respond to service calls.
• Ensure safety and emergency response; contact emergency services when needed; follow procedures.
• Inspect studios and public spaces overnight; ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Prepare property for next day; support revenue through ancillary offerings; document activities.
• Perform laundry duties and general cleaning/maintenance of facilities.
• Cross-train on duties of non-management staff.
