Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking a Guest Services Ambassador 2 to deliver front desk service, provide overnight safety coverage, and maintain 24/7 operations on-site in Chesapeake, VA. The role requires living in the hotel and supporting front desk and emergency-response duties.

The GSA 2 will manage front desk administration, guest satisfaction, and daily operations while adhering to the hotel’s fraternization policy and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Housing requirement: you are required to live in the hotel.
• On-call overnight shifts: Monday and Tuesday nights.

Responsibilities

• Guest Satisfaction & Feedback: meet with guests and solicit comments to maximize satisfaction and handle situations calmly.
• Front Desk Administration: coordinate check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations, property tours and events; respond to calls.
• Quality & Safety: inspect studios and public spaces daily and follow all procedures during emergencies.
