The role requires overnight availability (12 AM–8 AM) and flexibility to work every other weekend, with a focus on security, resident calls, and professional guest interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Security, front desk, concierge, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to remain calm during emergencies.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Comfortable working independently overnight.

Responsibilities

• Monitor building access and security cameras.
• Conduct routine security patrols throughout the campus.
• Respond to resident calls and emergency situations.
• Complete security rounds and incident reports.
• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Coordinate with emergency responders and on-call staff when needed.
• Maintain a secure and professional environment throughout the night.
