Job summary

Lions Gate CCRC in Voorhees Township, NJ is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join our Skilled Nursing team for the overnight shift, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM. This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing professional who takes pride in providing quality care and supporting residents overnight.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, complete nursing documentation, and collaborate with CNAs to ensure excellent care.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or senior living preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and commitment to resident care.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound overnight decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care in Skilled Nursing.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes promptly.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with CNAs and nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Respond to overnight resident needs and emergencies calmly.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents.
