Job summary

Lions Gate CCRC Senior Living – Independent Living in Voorhees, NJ is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Receptionist to join our compassionate team. This part-time role works on an every-other-weekend schedule, from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, providing warm, responsive customer service while ensuring resident safety through basic security and camera monitoring.

As the overnight face of our community, you will handle calls, assist residents, coordinate with on-call staff and emergency responders, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Security/front desk/concierge or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to remain calm during emergencies.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Comfortable working independently overnight.

As the overnight face of our Independent Living community, you'll play an important role in ensuring our residents feel safe, secure, and cared for while providing outstanding customer service throughout the night.
