Brightview Senior Living is actively seeking an Overnight Concierge to warmly welcome residents and guests, answer questions, and coordinate daily front-desk activities on-site at our community.

You will perform safety checks, monitor security systems, and support the Business Office with clerical tasks while upholding Brightview's commitment to compassionate, high-quality care for seniors.

Qualificações

• You are self-motivated and act with integrity.
• Your organizational, communication, and customer service skills are very strong.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, hospitality, reception, or front desk roles is helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone.
• Answer questions that residents and guests may have.
• Perform regular safety checks of the community.
• Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly.
• The Overnight Concierge will also assist the Business Office Director with clerical assignments.
