Job summary

Planned Companies in Philadelphia is hiring Overnight Front Desk Associates and Doormen to welcome tenants, guests and vendors and to keep the lobby safe, presentable, and running smoothly. As part of a full-time night schedule Friday through Tuesday, you will greet people, coordinate access, arrange local referrals, assist with events, manage mail and deliveries, and support building operations.

Requires 3+ years in customer service, strong communication, local knowledge, and the physical

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Warm, welcoming demeanor for guests and tenants.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Ability to multitask and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, guests, and vendors on entry and provide directions.
• Schedule restaurant, hotel, and entertainment reservations.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide access, referrals and local recommendations.
• Document and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer phones and monitor lobby; manage keys and access cards.
