Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking an On-Call Concierge/Doorman in the Philadelphia area. The role requires availability for 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts and weekend day coverage. Pay is $22.00 per hour, with full-time benefits for eligible staff.

The position focuses on welcoming tenants, guests and vendors and ensuring safe, welcoming property experiences. You will greet visitors, coordinate reservations, assist with events, manage mail and access control, and support guests with local entertainment

Qualifications

2+ years of Concierge experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.

Responsibilities

Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, businesses, hotels, and entertainment venues.
Plan and organize on-site events.
Provide direction and access to local entertainment, dining, and services.
Document and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
Answer phones, monitor lobby, and manage keys/access cards.
