PM Hotel Group is seeking a Part Time Night Auditor for the Washington, DC area. This overnight role (11pm–7am) emphasizes personalized guest experiences and seamless front-office operations. The position is non-exempt and reports to the Rooms Manager.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills. Compensation starts at $21/hour and includes benefits on day one, with opportunities to contribute to a vibrant, guest-focused team.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Open availability required; overnight shift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the heart of the hotel during the overnight shift.
• Provide exceptional personalized service and experiences to guests.
• Know the local area to guide guests and provide local recommendations.
• Support guest services leaders and hotel team during overnight operations.
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Close daily hotel functions and verify/organize information.
• Run and distribute daily hotel reports.
