Job summary

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING seeks a front desk team member for a night shift at our Boca Raton community. You will greet guests, manage check-ins, and provide information to residents and visitors with a focus on outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include monitoring entry/exit, coordinating with office staff, handling phone calls professionally, reporting violations, maintaining key control, and assisting with emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a standing position and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and authorize entrance/exit to protect residents and property.
• Coordinate with office staff to maintain owner information in the database.
• Handle calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Report violations and security concerns to management.
• Maintain key control and report alarm incidents to management.
• Assist with valet duties as schedules require.
