Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor for the Residence Inn West Des Moines. This role focuses on reconciling cashier transactions, preparing daily reports, and ensuring accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.

Overnight shifts primarily on weekends, with responsibilities across front desk and reservations as needed. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, strong numerical ability, and solid guest service skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or one year of progressive hotel experience.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling hotel cashier transactions and reviewing management reports.
• Communicating concerns to management and performing guest service duties including check-in/check-out.
• Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports; prepare daily and month-end reports.
