Peachtree Group is seeking a Night Auditor to complete nightly audit duties while delivering exceptional guest service at the hotel front desk. You will assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, process reservations, respond to inquiries, and contribute to a secure, welcoming overnight environment.

Key responsibilities include balancing cash, registering guests, preparing folios, and coordinating with management. A strong team player mindset and reliability are required for overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guest service from a hotel front desk.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and balance at shift end.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and reservations.
• Strong communication for shift handoffs and guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Process guest registrations and collect payment.
• Prepare express checkout folios and maintain room status inventory.
• Count cash and maintain accuracy of the cash drawer at shift start/end.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, local directions and amenities.
• Complete required shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
• Coordinate with Front Office Manager and other desk staff for smooth transitions.
