Job summary

The Peachtree Group operates Home2 Suites Ashburn, where the Night Auditor performs nightly audit functions at the front desk while delivering exceptional guest service during the overnight shift. You will assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, process reservations, and respond to inquiries, ensuring a high level of service throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Night Auditor is responsible for completing all nightly audit functions and guest service during overnight hours.
• Handles check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
• Counts cash and balances cash drawer at start/end of shift.
• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests; processes registrations and payments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lobby area and assist guests as needed.
• Prepare express checkout folios and maintain room status inventory.
• Communicate shift information to Front Office Manager and staff to ensure smooth transition.
• Complete all required shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
