Qualifications

• Ability to take written and verbal directions and speak English clearly, with ability to read English.

• Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Ability to handle money, make change and operate basic office machines.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out, promote sales programs and maintain guest records.
• Audit the previous day’s receipts to verify and balance entries and run reports.
• Assist with breakfast setup and optional light food preparation.
• Maintain front desk area clean and organized; provide courteous service.
• Work solo during overnight hours and ensure guest safety and security.
