Drury Hotels is hiring a Night Auditor in Franklin, OH for a part-time overnight role. You will check guests in and out, balance daily receipts, and support breakfast setup while delivering friendly, attentive service.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle money, make change and operate basic office machines.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out, promote sales programs and maintain guest records.
• Audit the previous day’s receipts to verify and balance entries and run reports.
• Assist with breakfast setup and optional light food preparation.
• Maintain front desk area clean and organized; provide courteous service.
• Work solo during overnight hours and ensure guest safety and security.

May also assist with set up of breakfast. May include food preparation, set up, service and/or cleaning. Only team member on property for the majority of the work shift and must be willing to and have the ability to work alone. Responsible for guest safety and security during overnight hours.Ensures an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, efficient, friendly service to all guests and potential guests in a professional manner. Responds promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude.
