Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for the Pleasanton Marriott property. The ideal candidate will welcome guests, check them in, handle requests, and provide a memorable first impression during the late-evening shift.

You will maintain the night desk with accuracy, handle the house bank, and generate daily reports while upholding service standards and hotel programs. Growth opportunities exist within a world-class property and brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work overnight hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Outgoing, engaging personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Computer skills.
• Able to stand for the duration of the shift and be available on weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and register, noting special requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests.
• Maintain house bank and generate daily/weekly reports.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Follow night audit procedures with great attention to detail.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures and policies.
