Job summary

Hotel Equities is seeking a full-time Night Auditor for The Farnam, Autograph Collection in Omaha, NE. Overnight shift 11 PM-7 AM. Hourly salary: $18.50 per hour. Night Audit responsibilities include check-in/out, handling guest inquiries, and processing transactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with front desk operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to upsell rooms to maximize hotel revenue, while following safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School diploma /Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Basic computer skills to operate various property management and reservations systems.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services.
• Upsell rooms and process all guest charges.
• Handle guest calls, messages, requests and concerns.
• Ensure safety protocols and report incidents.
• Assist with reservations and bell person duties as needed.
