Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a full-time Night Auditor for The Farnam, Autograph Collection in Omaha, NE. The position offers an hourly salary of $18.50 for an overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM.

The Night Auditor will check guests in, handle reservations, process transactions, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure outstanding guest experiences while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Ability to perform the full scope of front desk tasks including guest interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenue.
• Record guest calls, requests, and issues in the system.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately.
• Book guest reservations for individuals and groups.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure service quality.
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents as required.
