Job summary

Aloft Omaha West | Marriott is hiring a Full-Time Night Auditor to deliver exceptional overnight guest service. You will manage check-ins/outs, complete nightly audits, and prepare reports while keeping the front desk and public areas guest-ready.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn Marriott operating systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions overnight.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with Marriott's signature hospitality during overnight hours.
• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
• Complete the nightly audit and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Answer phones, respond to guest requests, and resolve concerns in a courteous manner.
• Prepare reports and ensure the front desk is ready for the morning shift.
• Maintain the safety and security of the hotel throughout the overnight hours.
• Clean and organize the front desk and lobby during the shift.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain public areas to keep them guest-ready.
