Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum age 18.
• Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming presence for every guest.
• Greet and assist guests while maintaining Forbes-level hospitality standards.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Maintain an immaculate dining room and ensure guest-ready service areas.
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to restaurant standards.
• Assist servers by refilling water and replenishing dining essentials.
• Deliver bread, condiments, and other support items as directed.
• Maintain service stations fully stocked throughout service.
• Assist with room service tray removal when needed.
• Support special events through room setup and breakdown.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness in dining rooms and storage areas.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
