Auditor GrandeShores Resort in Myrtle Beach is seeking an overnight Front Desk Clerk for a part-time night shift from 11pm to 7am. The role pays $17.00 per hour and involves standard front desk duties such as reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest payments.

The position requires the ability to work independently, perform computer-based tasks, and communicate overnight events to the morning staff. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is needed to support guest needs.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to work complete overnight shifts independently.
• Ability to perform computer-based tasks.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs.
• Register, take payments, and assign keys to guests.
• Inform guests of the amenities and services available to them.
• Inform customers of availability and rates.
• Handle any guest issues or complaints, using appropriate service recovery methods.
• Work with the corresponding departments to resolve any property or guest issues.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards.
• Communicate with the morning staff to inform them of any task to be completed or updates.
