The role covers front desk operations during the evening shift and, on designated nights, Night Audit duties balancing daily transactions and generating reports.

The position emphasizes delivering outstanding guest service, handling inquiries, and maintaining records with accuracy, while adhering to resort policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Hospitality or accounting coursework preferred.
• Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred; night audit experience a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out during evening shift.
• Balance daily transactions and prepare nightly audit reports when assigned.
• Provide resort information and assist guests with inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.
