Myrtle Beach Seaside Resorts seeks a Relief Night Auditor for the Avista Resort front desk. You will handle night audit duties, guest check-ins/outs, phone inquiries, and payments, ensuring a friendly, smooth transition as shifts change.

This part-time overnight role requires independence, computer skills, and the ability to communicate with morning staff. Weekly pay and resort benefits underpin a supportive work environment at the Myrtle Beach property.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to work for complete overnight shifts independently.
• Ability to perform computer-based tasks.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs.
• Register, take payments, and assign keys to guests.
• Inform guests of the amenities and services available to them.
• Inform customers of availability and rates- Handles any guest issues or complaints, using appropriate service recovery methods.
• Work with the corresponding departments to resolve any property or guest issues.
• Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards.
• Communicate with the morning staff to inform them of any task to be completed or updates.

Job description - The front desk relief night auditor will completenormal front desk duties such as; answering phones, making/cancelingreservations, checking guests in/ out, taking payments, and helping resolve any guestconcerns. The front desk personnel is often the first point of contact for ourguests, a friendly welcome is a must. Communicating overnight events to morningstaff is essential for a smooth transition.

• Shift needed: 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.
• Part Time
• Hourly Rate - Depending on experience.
