Drury Inn & Suites in Grand Rapids is seeking a Front Desk Associate to handle guest check-in/check-out, promote hotel programs, and balance daily receipts. You may assist with breakfast setup and occasional food service, and you’ll be the primary team member during night shifts in some locations.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, deliver courteous service, and maintain accuracy under pressure while contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience at a front desk or guest-service role is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain accuracy in transactions.
• Strong English speaking and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and promote sales-related programs.
• Audit and balance previous day’s receipts; run reports.
• Assist with breakfast setup and related tasks when needed.
