Hampton Inn by Hilton Hallandale Beach Aventura is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage front desk operations at our Hallandale Beach location. You will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest requests, while maintaining brand standards and security procedures.

The role requires a flexible schedule including day, night, and overnight shifts, with heavy emphasis on guest service. Prior hotel front desk experience is preferred and the position is full-time.

Qualifications

• 1+ Year of prior Hotel or Hotel Front Desk Experience (preferred)
• 1+ Year of Hilton PEP Experience (preferred)
• Flexible schedule including day, night and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to multitask and handle stress in busy periods
• Must be able to stand/walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests into the hotel, fulfilling requests and following security/credit policies.
• Check guests in and out according to procedures; process charges and post to guest accounts.
• Handle cash and credit transactions; count bank at start/end of shift; complete reports; resolve discrepancies.
• Accept, change and cancel hotel reservations; manage room blocks.
• Use computer systems to perform functions, select blocks, and prepare daily reports.
• Respond to hotel emergencies following established guidelines.
