Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Overnight Operations & Guest Service: Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift.
• Overnight Operations & Guest Service: Check in late-arriving guests and assist with early departures as needed.
• Overnight Operations & Guest Service: Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Overnight Operations & Guest Service: Maintain a welcoming, safe, and service-oriented environment for all guests.
• Financial Audit & Reporting: Perform end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing guest accounts and reconciling transactions.
• Financial Audit & Reporting: Audit and verify all daily financial activities, including room charges, payments, and adjustments.
• Financial Audit & Reporting: Generate, review, and distribute daily financial and operational reports.
• Financial Audit & Reporting: Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records and postings.
• Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate records within the property management system (PMS).
• Systems & Data Management: Ensure proper documentation and data entry for all transactions and guest accounts.
• Systems & Data Management: Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities in financial data.
• Safety, Security & Compliance: Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours.

Job Overview

The Night Auditor is responsible for managing front desk operations during the overnight shift while performing essential accounting and auditing functions. This role ensures the accuracy of financial transactions, balances daily revenue, and supports guest service needs during late-night hours.

This position plays a key role in upholding OTH Hotels Resorts' vision, values, and operational standards by maintaining accuracy, accountability, and a high level of guest service. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work independently in a quiet yet responsibility-driven environment.

Job Responsibilities

Overnight Operations & Guest Service

• Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift.
• Check in late-arriving guests and assist with early departures as needed.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe, and service-oriented environment for all guests.

Financial Audit & Reporting

• Perform end-of-day accounting procedures, including balancing guest accounts and reconciling transactions.
• Audit and verify all daily financial activities, including room charges, payments, and adjustments.
• Generate, review, and distribute daily financial and operational reports.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records and postings.

Systems & Data Management

• Maintain accurate records within the property management system (PMS).

Safety, Security & Compliance

• Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours.

Job Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality, Accounting, or Business preferred.

Travel required: No regular travel required; may assist at nearby properties based on business needs.

Physical requirements: Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, use a computer for prolonged durations, and perform overnight shift duties; occasional walking of the property may be required.
