Job summary

Moxy Charlotte is seeking a Night Auditor to provide guests with an excellent hotel experience while serving as the sole Front Office Associate during the overnight shift (11pm–7am). Accepting applications for full time and part time team members.

The role covers greeting guests, performing night audit tasks, handling check-ins/check-outs, and responding to inquiries with a focus on accuracy, courtesy, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 11pm–7am shift availability.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles preferred.
• Experience handling cash and accounting procedures.
• Strong oral and written communication; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them at the front desk during overnight shift.
• Prepare and complete night audit checklists and reports.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and the area.
• Be aware of rates, packages and promotions.
• Operate front desk computer system and balance daily reports.
• Maintain cashiering responsibilities and cash handling accuracy.
• Train new Night Auditors as requested by management.
• Maintain neat work areas and professional appearance.
