Comfort Suites Galveston is seeking a trustworthy Night Auditor / Overnight Front Desk Associate to manage the front desk and overnight audit procedures in a quiet, modern hotel environment.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and comfort with basic math and computer entry; shifts are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, including weekends and holidays, with competitive hourly pay and a structured bonus program plus 401(k) match and virtual healthcare.

Qualifications

• Schedule: must be available for overnight shifts 10:00 PM–6:00 AM, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliability: punctuality and attendance are essential.
• Attention to Detail: comfortable with basic math, computer entry, and daily reconciliation.
• Hotel Experience: prior front desk or night audit experience preferred; strong computer or night-shift backgrounds welcome.

Responsabilités

• Manage Overnight Operations: serve as the sole point of contact for late-arriving guests and night checks between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Run Daily Audit: complete close-out of the property management system and balance revenue.
• Safety & Security: conduct periodic property walks to ensure guest safety and quiet overnight.
• Morning Prep: assist with early morning turnover and coordinate with the morning team.
