Job summary

Indus Hotel Corp in Columbus, OH is seeking a Night Auditor to perform front desk duties and complete nightly audit procedures per hotel standards. The role is full-time and pays $17.00 hourly, with a benefits package including Medical, Vision, Life Insurance, Critical and Accident Insurance, and PTO.

Primary responsibilities include guest check-in/check-out, reservations, handling calls, and ensuring nightly audits are completed accurately before dawn. Experience with OnQ preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Most tasks are performed in a team environment.
• Knowledge of OnQ property management program.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Check-out guests and answer phone calls.
• Complete nightly audit procedures after midnight.
• Print and distribute audit and reports to Corporate Office.
• Roll over M3's after audit is completed.
• Restock the suite shop drink cooler and guest amenities.
• Count cash drawer and drop money in the safe.
• Coordinate with the next shift for handoff and important notes.
• Other Duties and Responsibilities as may be designated.
