Job summary

Drury Plaza Hotel - 9625 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46290 is hiring a full-time Night Auditor. You will perform front desk duties, audit the previous day’s receipts, run reports, and ensure guest satisfaction during overnight hours.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to take written and verbal direction and speak English clearly.
• Read and understand English; relate to guests in a hospitable manner.
• Must be able to handle money and use office machines accurately.

Responsibilities

• Audit the previous day’s receipts and balance entries; run reports.
• Check guests in/out and promote sales related programs.
• May assist with breakfast setup and service as needed.
• Maintain front desk lobby area in a clean and organized manner.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and respond to inquiries with a positive attitude.
