Job summary

UFC FIT is seeking a reliable Overnight Front Desk Team Member to welcome members during the overnight hours. You will check in members, answer questions, monitor access, and keep the facility clean and safe while representing UFC FIT professionally.

The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working independently, and dedicated to exceptional member service in a franchised UFC Gym environment.

Qualifications

• Overnight availability is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in members while providing a friendly and professional experience
• Assist members with general questions, membership information, and club services
• Monitor club access and help maintain a safe environment throughout the overnight shift
• Answer phones and provide basic customer service assistance
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, gym floor, locker rooms, and common areas
• Perform regular walkthroughs of the facility to ensure equipment and areas are safe and presentable
• Restock supplies and complete assigned overnight cleaning and operational tasks
• Report maintenance, safety, or member concerns to club management
• Follow all UFC FIT policies, procedures, and emergency protocols
• Provide a positive member experience and represent UFC FIT professionally at all times
