Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be available to work 11 PM–7 AM.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in overnight and manage credit; note special requests and ensure information is accurate.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and showing sincere interest.
• Help resolve problems and WOW guests through recovery when things aren’t right.
• Interact with hotel staff in a professional manner and assist other departments as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
• Maintain house bank and postings.
• Communicate all pertinent information to the manager on duty.
• Follow procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds.
