IHG Army Hotels in Georgia is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in/out, and provide information on hotel services. You will handle reservations, payments, and nightly audits while maintaining guest privacy and service standards.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year in hospitality or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work overnight shifts. English fluency required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel systems.
• Fluent in reading/writing/speaking English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Answer calls and provide information about services and amenities.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payments per procedures.
• Perform nightly audit functions and balance daily transactions.
• Prepare and transmit daily accounting and financial reports.
• Respond to guest questions and service requests; recover when needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to communicate guest needs and updates.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information and hotel assets.
• Assist with special requests and other duties as assigned.
