Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole seeks an Overnight Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, handle inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for a seamless arrival and departure experience.

You will perform nightly audits, answer reservations, manage booking systems, and ensure a clean, organized front desk area while delivering exceptional service in a luxury environment throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 40lb
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
• Fluent in English and a second language is encouraged.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Perform nightly audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily financial reports
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage booking systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for guest needs or emergencies
• Respond to emergencies or unusual situations, following company protocols
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of guest information and transactions
• Provide basic concierge services such as directions, recommendations, or transportation arrangements
• The Overnight Front Desk Agent assists guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience.
• Assist the overnight Front Office Manager with administrative duties in order to set up the next shift for success,
• Ensures tidiness of Resort common spaces
• Makes necessary deliveries to and from guest rooms, transports guests, and hotel packages and parcels.
• Focus on providing guests with opportunities to upgrade their initial booking
