Job summary

TPI Hospitality is seeking an Overnight Front Desk at our property in Minnesota. The role requires full-time status with a 32-hour workweek and a flexible schedule, including weekends, with shifts from 11pm to 7am. Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously
• Work independently by maintaining accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments
• Monitor the property for safety and security - reporting concerns as needed
• Complete daily audit tasks and reports
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
