Job summary

TPI Hospitality in Minnesota is seeking a part-time guest services associate available to work a 11pm–7am shift across our hotels. You will provide friendly, energetic interactions with guests, handle requests and complaints promptly, and maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments.

You will monitor property safety, complete daily audit tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
