Job summary

TPI Hospitality in Minnesota is seeking a full-time hotel operations leader to oversee front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, budgeted revenues, and team development in a busy hotel environment.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, hire and train staff, and respond to guest needs with a positive, scalable approach. Weekend availability and flexible shifts are required; compensation is based on experience.

Shift:

• Full-time
• Approx., 10am-7pm shifts
• AM/PM/and overnight flexibility on weekends
• Sunday afternoon/evening availability preferred
• Typically 4 week days and 1 weekend day schedule
