Responsibilities

• Provide directions to drivers for safe and timely delivery.
• Communicate ongoing with drivers via telephone and messaging.
• Exercise judgment on immediate issues or relay to management.
• Provide feedback to drivers about their performance.
• Address service-related issues as they arise.
• Report any detrimental conduct to safety.
• Leave communication at the end of shifts.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Provide check calls for trucks in the system.
• Dispatch trucks electronically and verbally during operations.
• Respond to mobile communication messages promptly.
• Ensure drivers follow fuel solutions and keep PTAs current.
• Verify unloading and late fees as necessary.
• Monitor and report key accounts as assigned.
• Review non-departed loads from National Beef.
• Answer customer emails regarding service.
